THE BLOC-AGE PROGRESS

Estimated Completion Date: March 2023, May 2023, July 2023 Looking like July 1st (that is all dependent on Stream and GOG)

Playtesting: This is going to be the hardest part of the project, we’re going to have to play the game again and again (Oh Ya!). It’s a tough job but we’re up to the challenge.

Final Cleanup: Exciting! The time draws near, the BLOC-AGE is nigh!

Engine Coding: The first step, we need something to power the Bloc-Age. And yes, we do program all our own engines in-house.

Game Editor Creation: Helper programs to make making games easier.

Playable Characters: Two characters and 14 weapons to put down evil.

In-Game Items: All the things you need to pickup to keep on going in the game.

Level Construction Media: Textures, textures, and more textures. Lots are needed to make the game look great! Well they at least make it look retro.

Enemies: Orcs, Hoblings, Dwarves, Elves, Humans, Monsters, and Unspeakable Horrors!

Allies: All those pesky NPCs that are always asking you to do things.

Bosses: You know those unspeakable horrors mentioned earlier, well they would fall into this category, plus many other thing.

Level Rough-In: Just getting ink on the paper as it were. They will technically work, but they wont look good.

Level Beautification: Making all the rough levels look and feel great.

Game Levels: That’s right, this is a game, so there has to be game levels full of action, adventure, chaos, drama, and more action!

World Levels: Yep, there will be a pseudo open world for you to explore and get lost in (not literally I hope, but there is a auto map just in case).

Music: Okay, I guess we should probable put a sound track in this thing.

Optimization: When we’re done with this step it will run as smooth as silk.
